Collectives
There is no such thing as solo Christianity. In order to grow spiritually we must be connected relationally.
Our culture tries to sell us the lie of independence but the truth is that we need each other! Being church is so much more than meeting for a couple of hours on a Sunday morning - it's about being family together.
This is why our Collectives are so key. Collectives are small groups of 8-12 people. They generally take place bi-weekly in homes all over Cardiff and surrounding regions (though some meet weekly and others also meet online).
Collectives are built around the following principles: sharing life with one another, caring for one another, praying with one another, ministering to one another, and learning from the Word with one another. They provide a space beyond Sundays for us to encourage one another and help each other move forward in our discipleship journey.
Collectives are a central expression of life, love, pastoral care and discipleship at City Church - a fantastic way to get plugged in to church and a brilliant space for life transformation.
