City Church is looking for two dynamic leaders to join our Staff Team:
Head of Youth Ministry (Youth Leader)
In this exciting role, you'll be the architect of a thriving youth ministry at City Church. You'll develop creative programmes and events that foster a welcoming and vibrant youth community. Through discipleship, pastoral care, and outreach initiatives, you'll nurture the spiritual growth of young people, helping them grow in their faith and become future leaders in the church and others spheres.
Head of Students & Young Adults Ministry (Students & YA Leader)
This role provides a great opportunity to create a welcoming community where students and young adults can explore and grow in their faith, connect with like-minded individuals, and make a real difference in the world. Develop engaging programmes, mentor young adults through life's big questions, and champion creative outreach initiatives that connect them with Christ and the City Church family.
These roles are part-time (19 hours), offering a competitive salary of £24-£28k pro rata. For the right candidate, we'd consider combining these positions into a full-time role.
